Our Mission
Council members contribute their time, energy, resources and expertise, serving on University boards and championing Carolina in their home regions.
Established in 2002, Carolina Women’s Leadership Council:
- Identifies leadership opportunities on campus and at home for women to become involved with the advancement of Carolina
- Embodies a legacy of leadership by collectively funding the Faculty Mentoring Awards, the Carolina Women’s Leadership Council Scholarship Honoring Lanier Brown May and the Eve Marie Carson Lecture Series
- Mentors future generations of women philanthropists at Carolina
